About Susan...
Susan is a life-long sewing enthusiast, having learned to sew at the age of seven and has been in the sewing industry for more than thirty years.
Her passion is sharing her love of sewing with others through her classes and workshops. After learning smocking and French hand sewing,
she was hooked on the beauty and tradition of heirloom sewing. Susan has been a national educator for major sewing machine companies
as well as a retail sewing machine dealer and heirloom shop owner. Susan is a Martha Pullen Bernina licensed teacher and a
Timeless Sewing Techniques licensed teacher. Her work has been featured in "Sew Beautiful Magazine" and "Classic Sewing Magazine",
as well as "America Sews" with Sue Hausmann, and "American Quilts Creatively" on PBS.
